Bo's Surgery Update 12:30 12/6/11

I just received a call from the vet. Bo's CT Scan confirmed what they thought. He has a herniated L4-L5 and L5-L6 discs in his spine, which is what they had thought after his examination. However, they also noticed that he has an elongated palate (common in frenchies) as well as some sacks in his throat that have become "inverted" to do the stress he has been under. The vet is recommending that we take care of this issues as well, as recover coming out from surgery can be complicated with both of those issues. I will come back to this later to fill in the details of how we got here at a later time.
